This is a BIG weekend for us, Cudas!  We got this.  We can do it.

• Pep Rally! Join us under the pavilion tomorrow night at 6:30. Cheers! Celebrations! Smore's! Join us!
• Meet Entries - IMPORTANT! Please check the attached meet entries and let the coaches know if you have any concerns. If your swimmer is signed up for events, but won't attend (or won't be able to make late events), please let us know too so we can adjust before Friday at 5.  No one wants to stay a minute longer on Saturday than we need to.
• Saturday Meet Details
  • You can set up tents Friday night! Thank you to Andersons, Chapmans, Cohens, A./C. Klinks and the other M. Ward for bringing your extra tent for our timers!  Let's build this (Tent) City!  (on rock and roll.....)
  • Reminder: Meet will start at 8:00 am due to the heat. Warmups at 7:00, but are optional (especially for our youngest swimmers).
  • Don't park in our lot!  Nope!  Please park on Wesleigh (outside of area with double yellow lines) or at Atholton Elementary. We are reserving our lot for Five Oaks and will have two parent volunteers helping to pack cars in.
  • Did you hear that it will be hot ;)? No?  Please bring extra water. We will have misters.  And extra waters.  And maybe a dinosaur that snotts water (hard maybe). There will be at least one jump in opportunity for parents, so please bring your suit if you want to cool off in the pool.  We will have 2-3 parents who are on duty to relieve anyone who needs a break.  Please take care of your swimmer and yourself - this is our #1 priority.

  • Zach Weaver will be making breakfast sandwiches AND snow cones for us! Bring your dolla bills!
  • Kevin Cropper and Ed Chapman who are volunteering, even though their kids won't be there! You guys win most dedicated volunteers this week!
  • Mike Reed who is officiating ALL of our meets!
  • Jen and Doug Anderson - who are covering FOUR volunteer positions! FOUR! 1-2-3-4!
  • Will Torres - again - for being King of the Blocks.
  • Everyone who responded "yes" to the crazy texts, emails, chats with me or Britney! It's been a week getting ready for this one - THANK YOU!
  • As part of our 60th Anniversary celebrations, we will be holding adult relays. Interested in joining? Let me know, even if you are not part of a current foursome.
