The weather is sketchy, but we are planning to take the photo at 5:30.  There is a chance that it turns bad again and we will decide to try again at the banquet.  We are planning to do the boat race tonight - again, if the weather holds.  The plan is to do the boat race immediately after the photo (or around 5:30, if we don't take the photo).  We're doing our best and, unfortunately, not in control of the weather!

We will not pop tents tonight, given the chance that it could get worse later.

We ARE planning a dip in tomorrow after backstroke.
